If you're fighting off a winter cold like I am today 🤧 you might like to try this little trick. Take a pea size amount of myrrh and frankincense balm and massage gently into the sole of each foot. Pop on some socks to keep your feet warm and toasty. This always makes me feel a bit better and helps me sleep soundly. If you have any lemon or lavender essential oil nearby, you can mix in a drop of that as well. It's just the tonic I need on this murky Monday😏
