Top Tips for Spectacle Care.
Did you know that there are fibres in tissues, kitchen roll and loo roll that can scratch your lenses? Always use lens cloths or lens wipes to clean your glasses.
Similarly, don't use your jumper or other clothing items to wipe your lenses - unless they are 100% cotton.
And I know most of us who wear specs are guilty of it, but try not to wear your glasses on your head! They will stretch! 🤓

If your specs aren't fitting or are broken, pop in to the practice and speak to one of the team. If we can repair in store ,we will! 🙂
