Such a wonderful service. As I meet with my clients in their own homes and in residential, the biggest threat to their happiness that they live with day in day out, is loneliness; not having enough stimulation, social interaction and interesting things to do, especially when mobility becomes an issue or sensory impairments. Just a friendly face makes all the difference. Residential homes are often 2 staff to 13 residents; often the residents end up sitting on their own for the majority of the day in their own thoughts. Wishing there was more support like this out there for all to enjoy. Growing old doesn’t have to be unfulfilling. 💚💚💚

I’m so pleased to finally share this…

I have recently secured funding which means I can offer a limited number of completely free 1–1 Montessori sessions each month for individuals living with dementia in Pembrokeshire.

There is no cost to families for these sessions.

They are designed to gently support independence, dignity and meaningful engagement — focusing on ability, purpose and connection in the comfort of your own home.

Each month, a small number of sessions will be released, and once they are allocated, they are gone.

If you have a loved one who would benefit from calm, structured 1–1 support, please message me directly for more information.

Beautiful day yesterday out and about with a client - cat cuddles and lamb sitting. What more could I ask for? Just sitting quietly listening to the animals munching around me. Peaceful indeed and my client enjoyed his hack out.

The other day I was herding a couple out of the garden after they’d got a taste of the camellia buds. Very determined sheep. Xx

Happy New Year to everyone from myself, Leanne, at Sovereignty Respite & Wellbeing Support Services; supporting you and your loved ones.

I have the most wonderful clients and it is a joy to spend time with them; chatting, supporting, cleaning, cooking, keeping them company, helping them sleep, out and about and adventuring. I’m truly blessed to be able to do what I do. No session is ever the same and I love our conversations and hearing often snippets of a person’s personal story. People are so interesting and always unique.
Thank you for your time and trust in me.
