Hello everyone — I’ve been a little quiet on here lately 🤍

I talk a lot about the nervous system and how fundamental it is for health and healing… and sometimes that means practicing what I preach.

Stepping back from social media felt right — it’s important to lessen the load at times.

This is my mum Anne. Happy Mother’s Day Mum — you are pretty special. 🤍

Some things that are true about my mum…

✨ She was ahead of her time. When I was growing up she took me and my brothers to see Jan De Vries, a Dutch naturopath and homeopath instead of the doctor.

✨ She taught me that health isn’t something you find in a doctor’s surgery.

✨ She taught me that we have so much wisdom within us — with the helping hand of nature all around us.

✨ She retrained in aromatherapy, reflexology and colour therapy.

✨ She is a Reiki master.

✨ She always cooked real food when we were kids.

✨ She uses essential oils for every ailment.

✨ She makes people feel special.

✨ She is loved by everyone she meets.

✨ She can meet a stranger and within five minutes know their life story.

✨ She is a healer in her own right.

✨ She is a big part of why I do what I do today.

✨ She has always had the courage to stand up against things that didn’t feel right to her.

Looking back, I realise how much of what I teach today started with her. My mum planted the seeds of everything I believe about health & healing 🙏🙏

The festive season doesn’t “ruin” your health.
It simply asks more of your nervous system, blood sugar, digestion and sleep.

A few gentle anchors make all the difference:

✨ Eat protein and 1/2 plate of veggies with every meal
✨ Don’t skip meals to “earn” indulgence
✨ Don’t snack
✨ Always fast overnight for 12-14 hours
✨ Walk after eating when you can
✨ Movement every day
✨ Hydrate before wine, not after
