So from Solva & Saundersfoot I have arrived Bridgend for a refreshing coffee in anticipation of Tomorrow’s main event.

I am very duly excited to be working The Cardiff Triathlon with pedal cover. I’d like to give a big shout out to Alyn Thomas & Hugh Wilson for ultimately contacting me to work this event, I am hugely grateful and most certainly looking forward to working alongside you.

A Very Good Morning All..😊

Firstly, may I take this opportunity to wish you all a very happy new year, I know it’s certainly been a long time since I posted.

Many of you will be aware that I commenced a new job last year and ultimately it did change the goalposts for me and providing availability for Sports Massage. I can only apologise that I haven’t been able to respond to all messages due to the new job role.

I would like to take this opportunity to be able to reassure you all that Neil Davies’s Sports Massage Therapy is still very much alive and I have no intention of wishing to finish.
