Healing With Words
What you see outside of yourself is simply a mirror of what is inside of yourself. I live in a beautiful area where you can loose yourself in the forests or walk the sands where there are few people at times. I have have beautiful friends who are so caring and loyal, give time to talk, never judge and will always be there come rain or shine. I like to watch programs and films that are informative and makes me think and feel happy (even though i may cry cos its a sad one). I do tasks with thought and purpose and try to meditate daily and listen to what my higher self tells me in most situations. I listen to people and try never to judge and should i get it wrong I cleanse and pray my way.
That is just a little of what I do myself. If you are someone who sees their world as chaos and chaotic, who never sees or walk in nature, who is always poorly, have friends who are not good for your self, who do not encourage you to be the best you can be, who sits in front of a TV and “couch potato”, who thinks of themselves all the time and never think through their actions and the impacts it could have on others, who feels fed-up of life and with everyone around them, who lives in an unclean and messy abode, guess what? That is your mirror, that is your life that you created and until you change it, it will not get any better.
Your inner wisdom will always help you see and face all of your life challenges and will give you answers for your healing. When you listen to that voice inside and you act upon it you will begin to transform your life. Start listening to your inner self, not the ego who demands you to feed it with the selfishness and greed, who will demand your time doing nothing, who will tell you all the things you want to hear that self fulfill your negative thoughts but the true inner self that will help you. The part that says go for a walk, make a call to the person you have forgotten about, have respect for how you look and your actions, smile at your fellow man instead of looking the opposite direction. All of that and many more, your inner self or higher self is there to always help, to remind you of your times past and how best to live in every moment.
Healing with words is twofold for me. I am a healer and use huge energies to work through me to give the healing that is needed to another person, people, places. The healing goes to the core itself; you may think your frozen shoulder, for example, is the issue when in fact its the out come of tension and stress caused by a childhood issue. The healing will go to that issue, bringing it up so you can live in today and be healed from your past. Its not a quick fix healing but a beautiful healing that may take time because, for example, a person has held onto “things” for a number of decades. But wow the outcome is beautiful and ailments melt away and that change brings you peace.
