Yoga Jo's YogaJo's is a dedicated Yoga and Wellbeing studio, Yoga Teacher Training school and Yoga Therapy cen Yoga is their way of life. You wont regret it!

Yoga Jo's is a dedicated yoga studio situated in Milngavie just outside Glasgow. We run yoga classes for all ages and abilities as well as yoga workshops, retreats and other events. We are also a Yoga Alliance approved Yoga School and run a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Course creating new yoga teachers every year. We also run a 300 hour advanced teacher training and a 50 hour yin training for already qualified teachers. Jo is also a yoga therapist working with a variety of different conditions to improve clients mental and physical wellbeing. We look forward to welcoming you to our friendly, growing yoga community. All of our teachers are highly qualified and continue to pursue the development of their yoga practice with ongoing study and daily practice. Come and let them guide you to a healthier body and mind with this ancient practice.

Our next Introduction to yoga course starts on Wednesday. STill time to book.

Yoga is great for your mental and physical wellbeing. It is not about fancy yoga poses, it is about engaging in moving breathing and mindfulness practices to create a steady state of being that helps you to remain steady in the face of life’s ups and downs.

We recommend this 6 week block for absolute beginners to yoga. The course will Introduce you to the basic asana, breathing and mindfulness practices. It’s a great place to start your yoga journey with us.

The block will take place from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm on

The chair yoga class with our lovely Eric on Mondays is so popular we have decided to start another. We will be running another chair class on Thursdays at 11.45 pm from Thursday 22 Jan. This class is run on a donation basis if you can afford it, free if you can’t. For all details go to the chair yoga page of our website at www.yogajos.co.uk. There is no need to book for this class just come along. You will be made very welcome.
