As we move deeper into Vata season β windy, cool, mobile and changeable β our practices become an anchor. Through steady breathwork, grounding asana and mindful, rhythmic movement, we settle the nervous system and cultivate warmth, steadiness and inner stillness. Each session this week supports balance, calm and connection.

A midweek practice inspired by the intelligent sequencing of the Ashtanga Vinyasa system β breath-led movement, progressive layering and mindful transitions. Weβll explore grounding standing postures, stabilising shapes and soft hip opening that honour the traditional vinyasa structure while offering space to steady Vata. Expect breath connection, clear sequencing and a guided practice to unwind and settle body and mind.
