📢 Practice Update

This morning we experienced an internet outage at the surgery, which meant we were temporarily without access to our clinical system and phone lines.

The issue has now been resolved and services are back up and running.

However, due to the disruption, there may be a delay in responding to requests submitted earlier today. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through.

Important Patient Information: Use of Heidi Health at Our Practice

We’re writing to let you know that our practice will soon begin using a digital tool called Heidi Health to support the care we provide to you.

What is Heidi Health?
Heidi Health is designed to improve the quality, safety, and speed of care. Heidi Health does not replace your doctor or nurse. It simply supports them behind the scenes — similar to a digital scribe — helping with the technical side of recording and organising medical information.

What does this mean for you?
When you visit or speak with one of our clinical team members, they may use Heidi Health to help record and review relevant health information. This allows them to focus more on your care and less on admin tasks.

Consent and your choice
Your consent is important. Our clinical team will always ask for your permission before using Heidi Health during your consultation.

If you have any questions or concerns about this, our team will be happy to discuss them with you.

Data privacy and security
Heidi Health is fully compliant with NHS data protection standards. Your information remains secure, confidential, and is only accessed by authorised staff involved in your care.

We’re confident this will help us provide you with better, more efficient care.

We recently partnered with Harry's Rainbow to provide gift donations to bereaved children from our lovely patients and staff.

Inspired by the overwhelming kindness, our team were also able to match all the donations given by our patients.

Now we speak to founder of Harry's Rainbow, Odette, as she tells us about the impact these gifts will have on the charity.

We're immensely proud to be part of the Milton Keynes community, and will continue to work hard to give back 💙
