Not all ear pain is a build up of wax, sometimes it's a nasty little infection. This client was convinced he had a blocked ear, unfortunately for him that was not the case, after a quick look using my micro camera, I could advise this client to get an appointment with their GP for medication to relieve his ear pain. That afternoon, medicated ear drops in hand he was very happy that he would soon be infection and pain free.
