From 3rd February 2025, please be advised the surgery will be unable to process emergency prescription at reception for on the day medication requests. Unfortunately, this service is being abused, and we are unable to deal with the amount of emergency requests received daily.

If you require emergency medication, please complete an online request at 7.30am for an appointment.

We require 72 working hours to complete all repeat medication requests.

Monday will be ready after 15.00 on Thursday at chemist
Tuesday will be ready after 15.00 on Friday at chemist
Wednesday will be ready after 15.00 on Monday at chemist
Thursday will be ready after 15.00 on Tuesday at chemist
Friday will be ready after 15.00 on Wednesday at chemist

It is the patient’s responsibility to ensure they have a sufficient supply of repeat medication.

Please make sure you check your medicine supply regularly, especially when you are planning a holiday.

We accept repeat medication requests in person, post or online

When requesting via post or in person please ensure you ONLY use the computer printed repeat request slip (always attached to your original green prescription). Tick only the medication you require on this white slip.

Please do not order supplies more than 7 days in advance except in the case of holidays. Requests will not be processed early.

The focus of this year’s World Allergy Week is food allergies. Affecting many across the world, allergies can be life threatening, but there is much we can do to reduce risk and improve outcomes.
