Thank you to everyone who shared feedback with us in March 😊
We truly appreciate you taking the time to respond — every comment is carefully reviewed.

As responses are anonymous, we kindly ask that any concerns or complaints are also submitted through our formal complaints procedure, so we can fully investigate and support you.

If you’ve had a positive experience, we’d be grateful if you could also leave us a Google review — it really helps our practice.

Please note: the pharmacy next door is a separate organisation. We’re unable to make changes to their services, so feedback here should relate to CMK Medical Centre only. Thank you.

🕯️ COVID-19 Day of Reflection – Sunday 8 March

Today we remember those who lost their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic and reflect on the impact it had on our communities.

The national Day of Reflection is a moment to pause, remember loved ones, and recognise the dedication of health and care staff, frontline workers, and volunteers who supported others during this time.

From everyone at CMK Medical Centre, we remember those we lost and stand with all those affected.

💛 March is Endometriosis Awareness Month 💛

Endometriosis affects around 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth in the UK, yet many people still don’t know much about this often painful and life-impacting condition.

Endometriosis is a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows elsewhere in the body, such as the ovaries, fallopian tubes, or pelvic lining. It can cause symptoms including:

• Painful periods that affect daily life
• Pelvic pain
• Pain during or after s*x
• Pain when going to the toilet
• Difficulty getting pregnant
• Fatigue and other ongoing symptoms

On average, it can take around 8 years to receive a diagnosis, which is why awareness and early conversations with healthcare professionals are so important.

If you’re experiencing symptoms or concerned about your menstrual health, please request to speak to your GP > https://accurx.nhs.uk/patient-initiated/k82065 We’re here to help.

💛 Support is available:
You are not alone. Endometriosis UK offers information, support services, and local support groups for those affected.
