We’re delighted to share highlights from our recent **Arm Chair Exercise Session** at Hazeltree Care Services Day Centre! 💺💪

Our wonderful participants came together for a fun, engaging, and energising session designed to promote movement, flexibility, and wellbeing—all from the comfort of a chair. From gentle stretches to light coordination exercises, the room was filled with smiles, laughter, and positive energy throughout.
