Hazeltree Care Services is a company based out of 3A Bond Ave, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bletchley for a Registered Care Manager. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for case management, training, delivery of care, social services, and medicine. In addition to the domiciliary service you will also over see an Adult Day Care Centre (recently opened) and a Dementia day centre (opening soon).

Qualifications
Case Management and Training skills
Adults with Autism & LD Care and Social Services experience
Dementia care experience
Medicine knowledge
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Previous experience in a similar role
Relevant certifications or licenses in healthcare or social services
