This is one of the most BADASS things I’ve ever got to witness in my whole life 🖤🖤🖤

New Zealand’s Member of Parliament, Hana-Rawhiti Maipi-Clarke, ripped up a Bill in front of Parliament.

She followed it with a haka to protest an Indigenous Treaty Bill that seeks to redefine the country’s founding Agreement between the Indigenous Māori People and the British Crown; ultimately leading to the eradication of Māori sovereignty and self-determination.

I see you and hear you, my Māori relatives!!! 🌿🌿🌿

Hi everyone, I'm updating my paediatric First aid course with the lovely Lucy from Daisy first aid next week. It's a blended course (6 hours online, 6 hours f2f) in bletchley.

We'll be using pillows and chairs alongside our usual blocks and mats. Elevate your feet to help with swelling and enjoy lots of breath work to connect with your baby, using poses to strengthen and relax our ligments and joints.
