A special day , concluding the last chakra exploration through sound and art expression of 2025 . An amazing thing happened along the way , the group of core attendees formed a special spiritual bond , a space of spiritual openness and insight as each workshop progressed , I felt we all mirrored each others perspectives and insights . We are looking at the top Three chakras Vishhuddha - the ether element / the throat chakra . Ajna third eye and Sahasrara the crown chakra . We will conclude with nidra yoga and sound bath .
