sound Bath Sunday The first of the series of Chakra exploration through art and sound frequency. Today was A gentle introduction to the Chakras through sound frequencies. This is the second year that has hosted these workshops in the beautiful light Drawing Room , participant’s notice the peaceful atmosphere as soon as they walk in .

How do we describe ourselves as a race of humans in the 21st Century, who are we? Every shade of expressed in human form struggling for acceptance and understanding, all entitled to the same validation in our collective uniqueness.
We are all the mortal representation of the male and female ( , ) energy polarities existing as the (mind - body). Ta***ic teachings take us to the borderline between male and female not as patriarchal of nature, but of emanation of our sacred reality and that all human desire for another as natural and joyful. To restrict and polarize our sexuality and desire creates sexual and gender apartheid in societies separating ourselves from our true cosmic nature. The dynamic creative energies of the feminine and the cognitive or consciousness of the Masculine energies, Shiva/Shakti.
**ra massage acts as a vibratory bridge, offering the opportunity to balance the /Shakti energy polarities, although polarity does not truly describe the balance of both male and female energies rather a hologram to be viewed from different angles.
Our body’s system, no matter what sexual orientation or body you reside in helps us to balance the energies that create a balanced mind, body and soul connection. Often our health suffers both emotional and physical if our energy becomes depleted through our denial of our true nature or a polarity reversal can manifest then the male energies can be expressed as recessive, reactive, or unassertive, & female energies can manifest as rigid, controlling and overly assertive.

Gender related gifts reduce the potential for conflict and can ease the understanding of ourselves as unique perfect expressions of the harmonious universal cosmic energies
