Welcome to Sunrise Yoga

Sunrise is a beautiful converted barn based in the rural setting of Wakefield Courtyard in Potterspury. The space is nestled amongst a spa, beauty salon, cafe and art studio and surrounded by fields on all sides with access to a beautiful forest walk.

Sunrise offers affordable, accessible classes in a rural setting with a strong emphasis on community. At Sunrise you can come just for yoga but you can also come and hang out after class in the ARTea cafe, take an art course, walk in the forest, visit the beauty salon or spa and more!
