This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and to mark it, Unity Place MK have a programme of events and pop-ups highlighting the growing issue of loneliness and isolation among remote and hybrid workers 😟

Events include:

➡️ FREE lunchtime breathwork session - Thursday 14 May
➡️ Solo Connects social networking event - Friday 15 May

The Man Cave offers so much more than just their peer to peer support meets.

We encourage men to build their confidence, resilience, to challenge themselves & to achieve.

The guys are off to challenge themselves on The Wolf Run this Saturday & push themselves outside of their comfort zones.

Meeting starts at 6:15 pm - 8:30 pm

Free parking onsite/around the building areas after 6 pm.

Please go around the building for the Community Hall entrance as the main entrance will be closed.

Remember - You don’t have to share. Feel free to come and listen 🙌🏻
