It was a flying visit to Collingtree Park Care Home - Barchester Healthcare today as Blue is still not himself inside the carehomes.

Aww love this. My pixie nearly fell over once she was that relaxed standing by me up the stable yard.

When a horse closes its eyes beside you, it is not sleeping.

It is trusting.

In the wild, closing your eyes means danger.
It means vulnerability.
It means surrender.

So when a horse rests its head near your shoulder and lets its eyes fall shut…
That is not habit.
That is a gift.

It is saying:
“I believe you will keep watch.”
“I believe I am safe here.”
“I believe in you.”

And in a world where trust is rare —
That quiet moment is sacred.

Guard it well.

Today Blue was not a happy pony to be working and he really told me. So today's visit was cut short for the wellbeing of Blue. However he still put some smiles on faces.
