Malnutrition in older adults is often overlooked, yet it affects millions. As people age, factors like limited mobility, dental issues, chronic illness, loneliness, and financial struggles can make it harder to get proper nutrition💜

✨ Did you know?
• Many seniors skip meals because they can’t cook or shop easily💜
• Poor nutrition increases the risk of infections, falls, and hospitalizations.
• Malnutrition can worsen memory issues and reduce overall quality of life💜
• It often goes unnoticed until it’s severe.

But together, we can change that.

⚠️☔️⚠️ Amber Weather Warning for Milton Keynes & Bedford this Friday ☔️⚠️ 💜

Heads up, Milton Keynes and Bedford — the Met Office has issued an Amber warning for heavy rain and strong winds heading our way! 🌧💨💜

Rain will move in Thursday night and get heavier through Friday, lasting into Saturday morning. Expect some pretty miserable conditions with 30–50mm of rain likely, and possibly more in some spots. With the ground already soaked, local flooding and travel disruption are possible — so plan ahead and take care on the roads. 🚗💦💜

Stay safe, MK & Bedford! Keep an eye on local updates and try not to lose your brollies to those easterly gusts. ☔️💜
