Let them theory -my most favourite book by Mel Robins.❤️I absolute love this book as it reminds me daily to free from the burden of trying to control other people and what’s out of my control.The book teaches you to focus on what you can control, like your goals and happiness, instead of wasting energy on what you can't. Stop worrying about what other people think, do or have as it robs us of our precious energy we need to direct to ourselves so we can live our dream , content and fulfilling life.What a waste of time and energy to worry what other people think when we can not control even our own thoughts 😂Be nice to yourself and focus on your life.Your thriving is the most important thing of all things put together.
