Nurture & Reset — Thursday 26th February | 6:30–8:30pm

If you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed or simply in need of a pause… this evening is for you.

Join me for a deeply nurturing workshop designed to help your nervous system soften, reset and rebalance.

We’ll begin with gentle, yummy Yin and Restorative yoga — fully supported with props so your body can completely let go. Then you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra, a powerful deep meditation that allows you to rest on a whole other level.

Expect stress to melt, muscles to soften, and your mind to quieten. This is your chance to properly recharge and refill your cup.

No experience needed. Truly — everyone is welcome. And honestly… everyone needs this. 🤍

Yoga Retreat Day – Saturday 25th February | 10am–4pm

If you’re feeling exhausted, stretched thin, or simply in need of a reset, this day is for you.

Join me for a nurturing retreat day designed to gently refill your cup and soothe your nervous system.

We’ll begin the morning with a slow, mindful flow — moving the body with intention, releasing tension, and reconnecting to breath. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, allowing your whole system to soften and reset.

At lunchtime, we’ll gather around the table for a beautiful, warming meal. There is something very special about sitting together, sharing food, conversation, and quiet moments of connection. No rushing. No pressure. Just being.

The afternoon continues with practices designed to restore and rebalance — giving your body and mind the space they need to recharge.

This is your invitation to pause.
To wake up gently.
To refresh and recharge.
To fill your jug back up again.

It’s about coming home to your body.
Listening. Feeling. Moving. Breathing.
It’s about unity — bringing body and mind together, and gathering as a community where you can simply be yourself.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You just need a body… and a willingness to keep it moving.

Because movement matters. As we move, we maintain strength, mobility, balance and confidence. We support our joints, our muscles, our nervous system — and we remind ourselves that we are alive and capable. Yoga meets you exactly where you are, and gently helps you stay connected to yourself.

Step out of the noise and into deep rest.

Join me in Olney for a small, intimate sound bath on Thursday 12th February, 7–8pm — with very limited numbers to keep the space calm, personal, and deeply supportive.

You’ll be guided into stillness as you rest comfortably, surrounded by the gentle vibrations of ancient instruments. The sounds move through the body, helping to rebalance the nervous system, soften held tension, and invite a sense of safety and ease.

A sound bath can help to:
✨ Calm an overactive mind
✨ Soothe stress, fatigue, and overwhelm
✨ Support deep rest and better sleep
✨ Gently release emotional and physical tension
✨ Nourish the nervous system and the soul

This evening is all about letting go. You’ll be guided through somatic movement, yin and restorative yoga, with plenty of time spent lying down, fully supported and comfortable.
We’ll finish with the gentle vibrations of the drum, allowing the sound to wash through the body, calming the nervous system and encouraging deep relaxation and release.

This workshop is perfect if you’re feeling fatigued, overloaded, or in need of quiet, healing rest.

Nourish & Rest – Day Retreat
