On Friday 5th June, from 6.30pm – 8.30pm, we’ll be gathering in nature to slow down, reconnect, breathe deeply, and completely unwind.
Through guided breathwork, grounding practices, and immersive healing sounds, this special evening is designed to help calm the nervous system, release tension, lift your energy, and leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply restored.

There is something incredibly powerful about being outdoors, surrounded by nature, breathing together as the sun begins to set 🌅💫

✨ What a month it’s been ✨

I’ve just returned from an incredible 9-day advanced Yin training in London with my teacher… and wow, what a journey it’s been 🤍

So much learning, deepening, stillness, connection… and a real expansion of my understanding of Yin, the body, and the nervous system. I’m so excited to start weaving this into my classes — watch this space, there are some beautiful things coming ✨

Everything I do is about continuing to grow and evolve, so I can hold space even more safely, more deeply, and more meaningfully for you all.
Alongside that… I’ve had a new sign put up outside The little therapy space 🥹

Such a special moment. It’s starting to feel even more real — a place to come together, connect, and just be.
I’ve met some truly amazing new people recently too, and I feel so grateful for this ever-growing community 💛

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. I’m always learning, always growing… and always doing it so I can show up as the best teacher I can be for you.

I’m so excited to be bringing you our third Power Yoga session… and it just keeps getting better 💪✨

These classes are about so much more than a workout. We come together, we support each other, and we build strength through every stage of life — including perimenopause and menopause, where looking after our bodies becomes even more important.
It honestly shocked me to learn that from around the age of 30, if we’re not using resistance or light weights, our muscle mass and bone density naturally begin to decline. That’s exactly why these sessions matter so much.

We really are stronger together, and the energy, encouragement, and support in the room is something special 🤍

✨ Benefits of Power Yoga: • Builds and maintains muscle mass

Join me for a deeply nourishing Restorative Evening — a chance to step away from the busyness of life and give your body and mind the care they truly need.

We’ll gently move through: 🧘‍♀️ Yin & Restorative Yoga — slow, supported poses to release tension and soften the body

🌙 Yoga Nidra — a guided deep relaxation to calm the mind and reset the nervous system

This session is designed to:
✨ Soothe and rebalance your nervous system
✨ Release physical and emotional tension
✨ Improve sleep and overall wellbeing
