Small businesses are struggling at the moment and I think things are going to get harder.

We are all having to cut back and budget and keeping me in your budget may not be a necessity any more and I understand that.

Energetic Themes & Blessings of This Moon

This full/supermoon carries several layers of energy you can attune to, draw from, and work with:

1. Illumination & Revelation

Full moons always bring light — shining into shadows, hidden places, the subconscious. Under this moon’s intensified glow, things you’ve kept in the dark may surface: emotions, patterns, fears, and also clarity, insights, revelations. Use its light to see what needs healing, what needs release, and what needs integration.

2. Harvest & Completion

Just as a harvest moon historically aided the gathering of crops, this moon invites an inner harvest. What seeds you have planted in prior lunar cycles are coming to fruit — perhaps not in their final form, but at a stage of fullness where you can harvest wisdom, lessons, or closure. This is a moment to acknowledge what is complete, what you are ready to let go of, and what you can carry forward.

3. Amplification & Power

Because the moon is nearer, its energetic pull is stronger — both in its subtle impacts on our internal states, and in how it accentuates whatever is active in our lives (emotional, creative, relational). If you have been working with intentions, healing, shadow or inner work, this moon serves like a megaphone — intensifying both growth and tension.

4. Release, Letting Go, Cleansing

With illumination comes release. This moon is well-suited for ritual acts of letting go — journaling what no longer serves, burning symbolic papers, breathwork, or water (e.g. moonlit baths). Let the heightened light help you release what’s ready to fall away, energetically or emotionally.

5. New Seeds & Intention Setting

If you’re looking for a gentle space to move your body, calm your mind and rebalance your nervous system, my weekly yoga classes offer a soothing pause in your week to reconnect and breathe.

🧘‍♀️ Weekly Classes
• Monday 9:00 am – a calm and grounding start to the week
• Monday 6:00 pm – unwind after the day and soften into the evening
• Wednesday 9:00 am – a midweek reset for body and mind

🌙 Monthly Workshops (Thursday 6:30–8:30 pm)
Each month we explore slower, deeper practices such as Yin, Restorative, Somatics and Yoga Nidra — perfect for nervous system nourishment and deep rest.

These sessions are designed to gently guide the body out of tension and into ease — supporting emotional wellbeing, mobility, and a calmer state of mind. Slow movement and conscious rest help us shift from “doing mode” into “being mode”, giving the body space to restore and rebalance from the inside out.

Whether you are brand new or already practising, these classes offer a nurturing space for softness, grounding and gentle care.

✨ Winter Warmer Retreat Day — 29th November ✨

As we move into the colder months and nature begins to slow down, this is a gentle invitation to do the same — a cosy day of warmth, rest and nourishment for body, mind and heart.

We’ll begin with a welcome cup of tea on arrival and time to settle in, before easing into a soft slow flow practice to release tension and gently open the body. This will lead us into a deeply soothing Yoga Nidra, allowing the whole system to soften and prepare for a warming, comforting lunch.

The afternoon will then unfold with a blend of Somatics, Yin & Restorative Yoga, before closing once more with Yoga Nidra to seal in spaciousness, calm and deep rest.

This retreat is designed to support and rebalance the nervous system — helping you move out of the ‘fight or flight’ state (sympathetic) and back into your body’s natural mode of repair, ease and replenishment (parasympathetic). Through slow movement, stillness and conscious rest, we support the body in returning to balance, safety and inner warmth.
