Life can be joyous, easy and carefree and life can be tough. As humans we have good days and bad days, through the good we are encouraged to move forward and through the bad, we learn how to. Both are important. Together they bring balance.

I am teaching Reiki level 1 on Friday! I have been teaching Reiki since 2011. It holds a special place in my heart and I love teaching it. Every class amazes me. It is so easy to do too, everyone can learn it and start to use it to rebalance their lives. It is magical!

Sometimes someone comes into your life and you wonder why it took so long to meet them.
They strike a chord, that seems to be a light force, like you’ve always known them.
They have their ways as you do yours,
yet lo behold and to achord,
you seem to gel, you seem to click,
their past experience does the trick.
They speak their truth, do not offend, yet to others they may appear to pretend.
But until you meet and hear their worth,
you cannot judge, in fear or mirth.
You cannot say you know their ways,
you’ve seen them cheat or go astray.
You cannot know how deep within
your words can hurt, lest you begin.
You do not know, you cannot see
the warmth, the love, the heart set free.
If you don’t take the time to learn
where they have come from, have been burned,
You will not know just what they feel when your words test them to reveal, the truth that is behind their smile, behind their wit, their inner child.
Until all men can once more be,
the way that men were born to be,
kind, unselfish, not jealous too,
what future resides within the few?
Who are the ones who bear the brunt,
of heavy words, though sharpened blunt.
They will one day stand far above
the rest of those who their names cuss.
And may we hear the truth they seek,
may we but honour their right to speak.
May we stop labelling and stop playing judge.
So they can walk their path in truth and love.
