When did you graduate from university?
Graduated in 2014 from St Mary’s University in Twickenham studying BSc Sport Rehabilitation.

What sports experience do you have?
I have worked with Rugby union, rugby 7s, Rugby league from academy to first team and running events such as London Marathon and ultra events.

What services do you offer?
Sport rehabilitation, injury assessment and treatment, sports massage, K taping, ultrasound, elderly rehabilitation and falls prevention.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
Meeting lots of different people, helping them to achieve their goals and minimise people’s pain.

Tea: milk in first or last?
LAST! Can’t spoil a brew with it going in first ☕️ - just a dash, has to be a builders tea.

Snacks: sweet or savoury?

Neck and shoulders are the most common area that you suffer with.

Closely followed by the hips.

We have a receptionist on duty to answer your calls on the following times:

Wednesday 23rd July 9am-3pm
Thursday 24th July- no receptionist cover
Friday 25th July 11am-5pm
Saturday 26th July- no receptionist cover

📞 You can leave us a voicemail on 01908 766425 and we will get back to you during these hours.

Emails and messages will be checked outside of these hours, so please contact us if you need to.
