Last night was was THERA-Trainer UK's Christmas party. We started with wine tasting at Sally's Wine & Whiskey in Towcester, where the very knowledgeable Josh introduced us to some wonderful wines. Then we had a delicious meal at Truva. A fun evening with lots of laughter!

The physios on Spinnaker Ward at St Mary's Hospital in Portsmouth were delighted to receive a THERA-Trainer tigo passive/active bike this week.
What made this extra special was that a former patient, Glenn Nichols, raised the funds to purchase the bike and gift it to the ward. Glenn said that if they had had this device on the ward when he was an inpatient it would have benefitted him immensely. He raised the funds in order to help others on their rehabilitation journey.

Congratulations to 93 year old Bernie, a resident at Galanos House in Southam, for being the new World Champion in the global competition Road Worlds for Seniors. Bernie has been cycling for several hours every day for the last 24 days. 🥇 Well done Bernie - you're a real inspiration.
