🌟 Navigating Grief: Where Are You in the Process? 🌟
We've been diving deep into how grief affects our mental, emotional, and physical health. Today, let's talk about the grieving process itself. Remember, grief isn't linear—it's more like waves.
The classic Kübler-Ross model outlines five stages, but you might bounce between them or experience them differently:
1) Denial: Feeling numb, shocked, or like it's not real. "This can't be happening."

2) Anger: Frustration, irritability, or blame. "Why me? This isn't fair!"
(Sign you're here: Outbursts, resentment toward others or yourself.)
3) Bargaining: "What if" scenarios or pleading for change. "If only I'd done X..."
(Sign you're here: Guilt, negotiating with a higher power or fate.)
4) Depression: Deep sadness, withdrawal, hopelessness. "What's the point?"
(Sign you're here: Isolation, loss of interest in life, persistent low energy.)
5) Acceptance: Finding peace, integrating the loss. "It's okay to move forward."
(Sign you're here: Embracing new normals, feeling a sense of calm.)

In the stillness of your own heart is all that you are whether you know or don’t know. My mission is to bring you into a place of recognizing your own power, ability to influence and totally change your life and that of others. Everyone is born powerful, unfortunately, it’s is ignorance that keeps us in suffering and limitations.
Changing our perceptions will help us see a totally different meaning to how we have been seeing things. Unfortunately, we don’t wake up one day and tell ourselves we are changing our perceptions there is healing that has to take place then we can let go of the energy of suffering and embrace the new meaning of that reality.
If I paint a new picture of that reality, you might love it and desire it but the journey to that reality is not easy. We have already learned that there are many ways of becoming rich and most of the ways have been through oppressing, stealing or lying to others. The new reality requires us to have a different approach, one of integrity, authenticity, responsibility and heartfelt wisdom. If we build our foundations of service from here then we can make a big impact and live in harmony amongst ourselves, animals and the environment.
Everyone has a role to play in this timeline, but we have to be aware that it might have just seeded, our kids will water the seeds and those who will come after them will harvest from the field. Who knows maybe we will come back as the harvesters. There are also other area’s where we are harvesting from the great work of others that have gone before us so we are grateful for their work and efforts.
There are so many labourers in this endeavour and all come in from different cultures and beliefs, pay attention we all have the same work may be the only thing different is the approach but the expected results are to live in peace and harmony in our oneness and love.
Our approach here is unique to our experience, lessons, guidance and leadership but the purpose is to help all who will come in contact with our writings, spoken words, images and personal contact know deeply within themselves that they are powerful creators who are here for purposeful service. We do understand that we might not be everyone’s cup of tea but there are some out there who deeply resonate with our work. To everyone we say Namaste.
