As most of you know, I’m a Slimming World Consultant, I’m doing a little survey and trying to regrow my groups after a very challenging year

“I feel like Slimming World has saved my life!” Tracy says being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes was the wake-up call she needed to transform her lifestyle. After joining her local Slimming World group with her sister and losing 16st 2lbs, Tracy – who once had to take four pills a day for her diabetes – now no longer needs to take this medication, has transformed her health, and, although she can’t wait to get back to her in-person group, is loving seeing everyone at her virtual group!
