REFORMER YOGALATES for Beginners
We’re excited to invite you to our brand-new Reformer Yogalates for Beginners class, starting Thursday 22nd May at 7:40pm—led by the wonderful David!

This slower flowing, supportive class is perfect for anyone new to movement or looking to build a strong, balanced body from the inside out. Reformer Yogalates combines the mindful flow of Yoga with the strength and precision of Pilates, helping you:

* Strengthen and tone your entire body
* Focus on deep core, back, and supporting muscles
* Improve posture and support spinal alignment
* Build flexibility, balance, and body awareness
* Release tension from your back, shoulders, and hips
* Feel more relaxed, energised, and mentally focused

You’ll move through guided, controlled exercises using the Reformer machine—an amazing tool that adds resistance to help you build strength safely and effectively. Each session includes breathwork and yoga-inspired stretching to leave you feeling grounded, uplifted, and aligned.
