It's that time of year again when we are asking you all to sign up to support Harry's Rainbow at the MK Festival of Running.

It’s even more special this year as it's Harry’s Rainbow 15th Anniversary and to mark this incredible milestone at the MK Festival of Running they would love to have 150 people sign up to run with them to support bereaved children in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas.

We had a fantasticly successful HYROX weekender two weeks ago.

Not only did we have 40 people take on the challenge of our full HYROX event simulation here at The Good Gym MK-
People took on the event on their own, with a buddy and even in teams of four!

We also managed to raise a whopping £330! For Willen Hospice!!

So thank you for your kind donations, for taking part, for helping out and for making the weekend generally so much fun and totally amazing!!

You truly are an amazing community!💚

It was SO good infact that we have decided to run another Saturday of HYROX fun on the 20th September!! So watch this space!!😱
