How do I explain my chronic/persistent pain to other people?”

It’s the question I hear most often in my pain psychology clinics — especially around holidays and family gatherings.

And I get it. Chronic pain, fatigue, or long-term health conditions are invisible. But you aren’t.

It’s been a fantastic weekend delivering part 4 of psychological principles for hypnotherapists. Just the marketing webinar in a few weeks and the course will conclude.

(It will be running again, contact me if you are interested)

Many thanks to everyone who has attended the course and made it so enjoyable to deliver. We have discussed a lot of topics, applying psychological principles into hypnosis from clinical settings to workplaces to serial killers!!. Lots of laugher and insights along the way.
