My name is LIz Christodouloulou, I retired from my role as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Palliative Care) in 2015 and diversified into Reflexology, Holistic Therapies and Massage. I feel very priveleged to be able to continue to 'care in a different way'. I work from my candlelit therapy room at home which means I can be flexible with appointments. I am committed to enabling you to have a truly relaxing bespoke therapy in a quiet, warm and welcoming environment where you can unwind and relax. Your initial consultation is vital for me to understand something of your health, lifestyle, eating habits and stressors. This will enable us together to choose the products and massage that will give you the most pleasure and benefit both physically and emotionally.

🌷 Happy Friday to you all 🌼
I am being blessed with many baby tootsies coming into my life, and have decided to take a little bit of time out in what I am calling ‘Granny-Batical’ 🤣🤣
I will be returning to see your tootsies later in the year so watch this space but for now I am embracing the tiny toes of 4 beautiful babies/toddlers 🙏🏼😍🥰
