Our Postnatal Reformer class is now LIVE, and designed for new mums from 6–8 weeks postpartum (depending on delivery), focusing on gentle core activation, strength, and mobility. Expect a supportive, full-body workout that helps you regain confidence and strength at your own pace, no pressure, just progress.

New to the reformer? A Β£15 induction class is required before your first session to ensure you feel confident and safe using the equipment.
