It is a slower-paced yoga classes for beginners - 7.30pm and those who are familiar with yoga - 6.00pm
The classes work on lower back, core strength, sore hips. I teach four yoga classes in three separate locations around Milton Keynes
1.Willen Yoga Intermediate Class goes on each Monday, from 6.15 to 7.15 pm at Willen Pavilion, 28 Portland Drive, Willen, MK15 9JP
2.Willen Yoga for Beginners Class occures weekly, on Monday, from 7.30 till 8.30 pm, at Willen pavilion, 28 Portland Dr, Willen, MK15 9JP
3. Tuesday Woolverton Yoga for Beginners Class is taking place from 7.00 till 8.00 pm, at 49-50 Stratford Rd, Wolverton, Milton Keynes MK12 5LS (the room is next floor from Wolverton Working Mens Club)
4. Friday Yoga Flow Class is homed at Woolstone Community Church, Mill Ln, MK15 0AJ and goes from 1.00 till 2.00pm

Whenever I come to my gym for a swim and visiting sauna, and pass the gym floor, I happen to see people working out with a noticeable force; red-faced, straining, heaving weights around, as if trying to wrestle their bodies into submission. Every single rep looked like a small act of war.
There's an Osteopathic saying that the body is “the primary machinery of life” the tool through which we engage with the world. Every gesture of kindness, every act of service, every word of love is expressed through this extraordinary machinery. If it breaks down or is mistreated, our capacity to live fully, to love deeply and to serve meaningfully, becomes limited.
To care for the body, then, is to honour life itself and yoga is a way to care and to learn. Yoga allows you to get to such a level of body awareness when you know what nourishes and what harms you. Whenever you feel or choose to work hard, you will know how to care hard.

I'm in my sixties and quite content with how I feel in my body despite living with an ulcerative colitis since my 30 yo.
For over 21 years I've been supporting my body and keeping myself fit with yogic exercise as started practicing in 2004.
Through all that time I had few crises when my disease was taking its upper hand but yoga was always there to help me get back on track and it never let me down.
That's one of the reasons why I started teaching yoga to others;Isimply share what I belive in myself.

Would you want to know why you feel tired most of the time, starting in the morning and continuing through the day?

Stress response is always our bodily reaction. It comes through our head but what we feel and the reason we feel it is our bodily reaction! And long after the reason has gone, it is still seating in the body, in our contracted muscles.
As it’s involuntary body response, we don’t have voluntary control over this tension. And with time the tonicity of our muscles tends to increase, leading chronic muscular tension. Which means the muscles will always feel tired and firm.
People with chronically high tonicity often feel that their muscles are ‘weak’ because they can’t move freely. Sometimes physicians will tell them that the muscles have become weak. On the contrary, their muscles are quite strong, but they are tired and overworked form contracting all the time. The chronically contracted muscle is like a motor that one can’t turn off. It continues to run and to burn up energy. The only way out to work on releasing this tension.

Why it’s important

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Come to boost your spirit to Monday Willen Yoga for Beginners Class!

The class goes on each Monday, from 7:30 till 8:40 pm inside Willen pavilion, Milton Keynes, MK15 9JP. The place has free parking space just in front of the entrance.

The class designed to work on the key body muscles. It will bath every cell of your body with oxygen and will calm your mind. You will discover how your breath can ease not only your mind, but help you deepen into your practice as well.

Anyone can do Yoga because its practice is aimed toward relaxation and stress reduction. You don’t have to worry about not being flexible enough or if you would be able to keep up with the class.
Students claim to have better night sleep, an ease with muscle cramps and shoulder tightness release!

If you are still working from home, this HOUR of ONLINE Yoga Class could be your gulp of fresh air!
Take time at your lunch break, while your kids are still at school, and join this class from the comfort of your home.
I use Microsoft Teams which you’re likely to be familiar with at your work.
During the class we will use modified yoga asanas and focus on the breath to release tightness and calm our mind.
The class is on each Friday from 12:00 till 1:10pm,
