Sometimes the body doesn’t need more effort.
It needs space to soften.
So many of us move through life feeling constantly “on”, even when we try to rest.
This is often the nervous system staying in a more activated state for longer than it needs to.
Reiki can offer a gentle space for the body to slow down, soften and return to balance.
