Happy 1st of December to you all!! Hope we’re all well and getting into the festive spirit. This year, I’ve not done a Black Friday event, as I’m saving it for January, when we will need it the most!
I still have treats for the month though! Firstly, ALL gift cards will be discounted by £10 until the 31st.
Secondly, everyone booked in this month, or any one that buys a gift card this month, will be entered into a raffle, with free massage sessions as prizes 🤩 I will do the draw on the 31st and announce the winner!
Lastly, for the 12 days of Christmas, anyone who is booked and comes in on those days in the run up to Christmas Day, will get to pick a number and possibly win money off their session, a gift card, a free pilates session or some sweet treats! ✨

Hi everyone! Thought it was about time I introduced myself on here ☺️ I’m Shay, and I’m the owner of Much Kneaded Massage & Therapies, a project I started 8 years ago! My background is in fitness, and I’ve been a fitness and dance instructor for the last 10 years. When I moved to Milton Keynes, I started the massage business, as I felt it complimented working within the wellbeing industry. It’s been a long journey, but after years of renting a small room within other businesses, I finally have my own space! The biggest achievement of my career to date! I love my job, and I find it so rewarding, and there is nothing else I’d rather do! In my spare time I love spending time with my family, and just chilling at home! Now and I again I enjoy going out for a bit of dancing too 💃🏽
I’ve created a lovely, serene space for my clients to come in and get rid of their tension and stress, and just enjoy a bit of pamper time! We all need it with the stresses of life and our health really is our wealth, and so I always promote self care for your physical and mental wellbeing. I look forward to welcoming you into the studio!
