Did you know that menopause has been linked to an increased risk developing of depression or experiencing anxiety? 🧠
While menopause isn’t a mental health condition, it can take a huge toll on your mental health. Hormone changes can lead to symptoms of low mood, anxiety, stress and irritability.
Someone going through menopause with a pre-existing mental health condition can also find their symptoms worsened by the physical changes that come with menopause.
As an NHS mental health service, we’re here to help.
You can submit a self-referral online and speak to one of our trained NHS clinicians during a 30 minute assessment.
We have a range of different treatment options within our service including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) on a 1:1, online or group basis.

We offer a range of on-demand webinars that can offer you a taster of the kinds of treatment we offer, including a one-hour webinar focusing on the topic of Menopause and Mental Health. These are completely free and can be accessed in your own time.
