🎉 Happy Birthday to our beautiful ladies, Nilanti and Wendy! 🎉

This week at Neath House, we had the pleasure of celebrating two very special birthdays.

A big happy birthday to Nilanti, our wonderful Chef, who brings warmth, care and lovely food to our home every day. And happy birthday to Wendy, our amazing Care Assistant, whose kindness and dedication mean so much to our residents and team.

We hope you both felt truly special and appreciated. Thank you for everything you do for our Neath House family. 💐💜

💙 Happy International Family Day from Neath House 💙

Today is a very special day for our home, because at Neath House, family truly is at the heart of everything we do.

We are proud to say that our Neath House family includes team members whose own families work alongside them in the home — Francis and LJ, Ahudia and Oke, Mark and Natalie, Emmanuel and Serwa. This makes our home even more meaningful, because we are not only colleagues — we are family caring for family.

We would also like to warmly congratulate John and Margaret, Judith and Alan, and Mary and Graham on International Family Day. Your love, support, and connection are part of what make our home so special.

Our Neath House family includes residents, relatives, team members, friends, and loved ones. Together, we create a warm, caring, and supportive home where people feel valued, respected, and loved.

Today we are celebrating Nick's 83rd Birthday. Wishing Nick a very Happy Birthday and a year ahead filled with health and happiness.

Today at Neath House we have had our weekly Bingo game, with Shelia as the winner. We have also been enjoying some fruity Mocktails.....

At Neath House we do not have any registered Nurses but the local District Nurses do come in to see the residents. Today is International Nurses Day, and we would like to take this time to say thank you to all the care you give to the residents when you visit them. Also today we want to honour our resident Kay, who spent many years working as a nurse and a midwife. Here is a video of Kay telling me about her time as a nurse.

Today we have had fun playing Target Ball. We each cheered each other on as we waited for our turn. Michael L was our winner with a score of 320. Well done all.
