Day 2 of my crystal a day from my advent calendar is Hematite.

This is a powerful crystal, which is charged by moonlight. It is known as being a protecting crystal and can protect the mind and body from negativity. Hematite is associated with the root chakra and is used for grounding.

Hematite has physical healing properties such as improving circulation, which can help with many different health conditions including blood, liver and kidney conditions. People often wear jewellery made of hematite.

Day 1 of my crystal a day from my advent calendar is Clear Quartz. ❄️

This is a beautiful crystal, looks like ice and is from the quartz family. It is deemed to be the purest crystal from the quartz family.

Clear quartz is good for balancing all the chakras. It draws energy from any other crystal nearby and will increase these energies and can therefore be a great healer. It is good for clearing negativity from the mind and thus increasing space in the mind for increased focus and concentration.
