Our client Graham (in his mid-50's) has recently completed the Tokyo Marathon (in 3:30). Since joining Bodystreet he says he's been able to avoid injuries throughout his training buildup to each event and he has become stronger and lighter. There are 2 aspects to our Bodystreet runners training programme.
1) Fortified joints and stronger muscles to prevent injuries and imbalances.
2) Optimised weight for increased speed from the same fitness level. We estimate every 1kg of fat loss takes a minute off a runner's half marathon times, without needingto increase their actual running fitnesslevels.
