Lynsey has the most radiant soul and uses the beautiful resonance of singing bowls, gongs and chimes to ease you into a glorious state of deep relaxation. If you can imagine lying on a beach by the shore, waves lapping at your feet, her sound baths are like being gently washed in an ocean of sound.

🌿 Nourishing DIY Oil Hair Mask Recipe

Ingredients:
   •   2 tbsp coconut oil
   •   1 tbsp olive oil
   •   1 tbsp castor oil
   •   1 tsp argan oil (optional)
   •   5 drops rosemary essential oil (optional)
   •   5 drops lavender essential oil (optional)

Instructions:
1. Mix all oils in a small bowl. Warm the coconut oil if solid.
2. Stir until fully combined.
3. Apply to dry hair, from scalp to ends. Massage gently for 3–5 minutes.
4. Cover with a shower cap or warm towel.
5. Leave on for 30 minutes to 2 hours—or overnight for deep treatment.
6. Shampoo thoroughly (may need to shampoo twice). Skip conditioner if not needed.
7. Air dry or use low heat to style.

💡 Use weekly for best results!

This lovely lady was on her way to a wedding, and we wanted her skin to glow just as much as her smile. While we love our high-end facials like microneedling and Hydrafacial, sometimes a natural touch is all it takes. We used a nourishing water rice mask with rose, frankincense, glycolic acid, lemon, and honey to bring out that radiant, glass-skin glow—perfect for the occasion!

Here are some of my favourite looks from the salon this past week fresh nails, defined brows, lifted lashes, and those essential moments of calm through massage.

We often see these treatments as just part of our beauty routine, but self care is so much more than that. Taking time for yourself whether it’s a simple manicure or a relaxing massage isn’t just about how you look, but how you feel.

These moments give your body and mind a chance to slow down, recharge, and reset. They help reduce stress, ease physical tension, and boost your confidence nourishing both your mental and physical wellbeing.

As part of my work, it brings me so much joy to take my skills on the road and team up with The Zen Project offering meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, aromatherapy, and massage wherever we go.

I’ve been lucky enough to meet the most amazing people along the way each one walking away with simple tools to pause, reset, and reconnect.

Doing what I love every day is a gift. In a world that moves fast and burns us out, finding something that lights you up and heals others at the same time is truly rare.

And this is just the beginning. Our next stop could be with you.
