A restorative evening to nourish your body, calm your mind, and reset your energy.

Step out of the noise of everyday life and into a deeply nurturing sanctuary this February. This special evening is an invitation to slow down and give yourself time to release your body, mind, nervous system, and energy system, through guided practices that soften, allow, and support your body to let go and recalibrate.

You’ll be guided through a gentle, restorative journey including:
• Yoga
• Yoga Nidra guided meditation

Clean lashes equal healthy lashes.

Your lash extensions collect oil, makeup, sweat, dead skin and bacteria every single day. When lashes are not cleaned properly it can lead to the following.
1. Poor retention
2. Premature shedding
3. Irritation or redness
4. Lash gaps that look unfinished

As a professional lash artist I always tell my clients that lash shampoo is essential. It is not optional.

Cleaning your lashes daily keeps the adhesive strong, your natural lashes healthy and your set looking fresh for longer. Think of it as skincare for your eyes.

What people see from us every day is only what we allow them to see.
But behind that, there can be so much going on.

Work. Life. Menopause. Stress. Illness. Family pressures. Burnout. Fatigue.

Any of these can show up at any point in our lives, and when they do, it’s easy to feel stuck in the moment. And that’s okay. It is okay to be in that moment.

Being kind to your body and allowing yourself to rest does not mean you are stopping or giving up. It means you are listening. It means you are acknowledging that today needs to be handled differently.

Some days are for gentleness.
Some days are for slowing down.
Some days are for giving your body exactly what it needs — and trusting that tomorrow is another day.
