Navratri is a significant Hindu festival that symbolizes the victory of good over evil. It is celebrated over nine nights, during which devotees worship the nine forms of Goddess Durga. Each day is dedicated to a different form of the goddess, and various rituals, prayers, and cultural activities, such as Garba and Dandiya, are performed.
We have the annual pleasure of seeing our Hindu residents create a mini temple to worship. It was an honour to be invited to hear their prayers and see such beauty.
