We are very excited to have Satyam Dance join us at our next group October 18th for an hours dance workshop to celebrate Diwali

Please wear bright colours , we also have some Diwali crafts for those who might not want to join in with the workshop

We will learn about the stories of Rama and Sita through an interactive dance

Please let us know if you are joining so we can cater for enough crafts

Hope everyone has had a fantastic summer. Looking forward into September we have our first Saturday of the new term. We have Jack from Elite Sports with us. He runs a session in Bedford monthly for children with DS. We love his sessions. It would be great to see everyone back together after the summer.
If you are going to be there could you please let us know so I can let him know the numbers. Many thanks.

Hi

I’ve taken the decision to cancel group tomorrow many of you are away on holiday so we will be back second week of September with lots of crafty and musical themes!

We are planning to do a summer picnic at emberton the last week of August so keep your eyes peeled for information

Also keep an eye out for our weekly posts on Gravity, we love going there to let off some steam on a Sunday morning.

We continue to be here if you need anything just drop us a message we have a fabulous committee in place who are working hard behind the scenes to change/update and improve many things on behalf of everyone

Mandy, Khilna and Jodie thank you for helping raise the profile of the group and support us all on this journey.

Hope you are surviving the holidays so far! We are due to have our monthly session on Saturday, 10-12.

If you plan on attending can you let me know as if we dont have anyone coming we will cancel the room. August is usually a quiet month due to holidays.
