Sweet Nature is run by Alana Melody who has over 30 years experience in the holistic field along side her therapist Mel. We offer personalised treatments specifically tailored to your health. A full consultation is given at your first appointment which includes a medical history and lifestyle questions. This enable's us to establish your physical and emotional stress factors and offer the holistic treatment that best suits you! Treatments available are Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head, Reiki, Crystal Healing, Oracle Guidance, Coaching....

Alana offers Empowerment Coaching to bring balance back to the mind as well as the body. We have subconscious programming and beliefs that create fear and blocks to us achieving the goals and desires we want to achieve in our life, this programming can also manifest as physical illness within our bodies. Empowerment coaching helps you to gain clarity on the patterns that are not serving you and mind set coaching to reframe and release the past experience that you are holding onto which helps you to stand in your power and speak your truth with authenticity.
