Last weekend, Mindfulness:MK had the pleasure of leading a sold-out yoga and meditation session in the beautiful gardens of the The Cowper and Newton Museum, Olney. 🌿
A heartfelt thank you to Daniela from Nook By Nature for organising this inspiring event, as well as many others that bring people together in mindful community.
Practising outdoors in such a setting reminded us of the power of nature to support presence, calm, and connection.
