Happy Holidays to you all ✨

As the year draws to a close, I want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has shared this year with me — whether you joined sessions via Zoom, came along to a retreat, or stepped into practice in person.

Each time you show up — curious, open, and willing to pause — you help create something quietly meaningful. The shared moments of stillness, reflection, laughter, and learning are what make this work such a privilege.

Thank you for your presence, your trust, and your willingness to explore mindfulness together. I’m deeply grateful for each of you and for the sense of connection that continues to grow, wherever we meet.

Instead of noise, countdowns and pressure to “fix” yourself, what would it be like to step into the New Year with spaciousness and calm?

From 29th December 2025 – 1st January 2026, Roz and guest teacher Helen Stephenson are holding a Walking, Yoga, Meditation, Silence New Year retreat at Retreat to Gayles, nestled in the South Downs near the Seven Sisters.
