Connecting with spirit doesn’t come easily to most people.

So I might not be popular but need to share my thoughts 💭

With all this Charlie Kirk news going on I listened to him talking about abortions and how we are killing human beings. From a spiritual perspective I tend to disagree with him.

I believe that we conceive and the human body grows and develops in the mother’s womb. At birth as soon as the baby takes its first breath the soul enters the physical plane and the body is a vehicle the soul uses in this life.

When the soul has completed its mission here on earth it takes its last breath and no longer has use for the human vehicle and leave to move into a higher dimension.

The soul then continues to grow over lifetimes.

Prayer is important because it connects, calms, clarifies, heals, strengthens, and uplifts.
It’s not just about asking for things, it’s about aligning yourself with peace, love, and purpose.

Or put another way, prayer doesn’t always change your circumstances, but it always changes you.

Below is a daily routine you can use to pray to your guides, the universe and higher power as you are never alone and always being guided 🙏 it’s what I use daily

🌅 Morning – Gratitude & Intention

Purpose: Start the day aligned with positive energy.

Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and say:
“Thank you, Universe, for this new day. I welcome joy, love, and clarity into my life. Guide me to act with kindness and courage. Let today flow with ease and alignment.”

(Place your hand over your heart to anchor the feeling of gratitude.)

Midday – Strength & Centering

Purpose: Reconnect with balance when stress or distraction appears.

Take a pause (even just 2–3 minutes) and affirm:

“Universe, help me stay centered and strong. I release stress and return to peace. Remind me of my inner power and wisdom.”

(You can whisper this silently while at work, walking, or even in the bathroom small resets matter.)

Evening – Reflection & Release

Purpose: Let go of the day, so you don’t carry its heaviness into tomorrow.

Before sleep, sit quietly and reflect on the day. Then say:

“Thank you, Universe, for the lessons and blessings of today. I release all worries and trust that everything is unfolding as it should. I am safe, I am loved, I am at peace.”

(Imagine placing all your worries into a glowing ball of light, then letting it float away into the sky.)

Remember we are here to learn lessons, life is not supposed to be easy and we are not here for long so be kind to yourself.

Pluto moving into Aquarius is a big deal in astrology. Pluto represents transformation, destruction and rebirth, power, and deep collective shifts.
