Prayer is important because it connects, calms, clarifies, heals, strengthens, and uplifts.
It’s not just about asking for things, it’s about aligning yourself with peace, love, and purpose.

Or put another way, prayer doesn’t always change your circumstances, but it always changes you.

Below is a daily routine you can use to pray to your guides, the universe and higher power as you are never alone and always being guided 🙏 it’s what I use daily

🌅 Morning – Gratitude & Intention

Purpose: Start the day aligned with positive energy.

Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and say:
“Thank you, Universe, for this new day. I welcome joy, love, and clarity into my life. Guide me to act with kindness and courage. Let today flow with ease and alignment.”

(Place your hand over your heart to anchor the feeling of gratitude.)

Midday – Strength & Centering

Purpose: Reconnect with balance when stress or distraction appears.

Take a pause (even just 2–3 minutes) and affirm:

“Universe, help me stay centered and strong. I release stress and return to peace. Remind me of my inner power and wisdom.”

(You can whisper this silently while at work, walking, or even in the bathroom small resets matter.)

Evening – Reflection & Release

Purpose: Let go of the day, so you don’t carry its heaviness into tomorrow.

Before sleep, sit quietly and reflect on the day. Then say:

“Thank you, Universe, for the lessons and blessings of today. I release all worries and trust that everything is unfolding as it should. I am safe, I am loved, I am at peace.”

(Imagine placing all your worries into a glowing ball of light, then letting it float away into the sky.)

Remember we are here to learn lessons, life is not supposed to be easy and we are not here for long so be kind to yourself.

Pluto moving into Aquarius is a big deal in astrology. Pluto represents transformation, destruction and rebirth, power, and deep collective shifts. I love sharing stories..

A client who came for a reading said he had a sign from his mum who has passed. He went to visit her grave and as he pulled up he could see the robin at the window tapping. Just another beautiful message to show that they are always sending signs and messages to show they are there 🙏❤️

💫 The Angelic Realm Walks Beside Us

Even in the moments when life feels heavy, you are never walking alone. The angelic realm moves quietly beside you, sometimes felt in a sudden warmth, a gentle whisper in your thoughts, or a feather that appears out of nowhere.

They see the paths ahead that we cannot, and they guide us toward the light, even when the way feels hidden. Their presence is pure love, steady, patient, and unwavering.

I Wanted to share this story with you today, this is why I do my job.
A lovely lady called Shirley was heartbroken when her husband the love of her life died a year and a half ago. She came to me desperate to connect with him. I told her to be patient and put her video on and wait and one day he would appear. After a few attempts he suddenly appeared and had not left her side since. She will call him and he comes to her as an orb as you will see from the videos below. This is to show you that loved ones are always with you, you just have to connect with them. A beautiful story ❤️🙏❤️🙏
