Runners with leg pain - I need your help!

I'm looking for participants for a research study as part of my final dissertation in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage.

If you:
- Run regularly (ideally at least twice per week)
- Have had persistent leg pain for 8+ weeks
- Are over 18 and not currently receiving treatment for your leg pain

You could benefit from 6 clinical massage sessions (worth £360) for just £125 as part of this 16-week study in Hartwell, Northamptonshire.

Study starts Mid July 2025

Low Back Pain Clinic - Thursday 23rd February

As many of you are aware I'm currently about a 1/3 of my way through a year long course in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapies which focuses on treating chronic pain conditions. Over the coming weeks/months I will be running specially priced clinics focusing on particular pain conditions. The first of which is low back pain.

On 23rd February I will be offering 90 minute appointments at a discounted price of £40 for any low back pain issues. This appointment will allow me to put into practice the new treatment methods I've learnt using the Jing Method and will cover a full and thorough consultation, postural and range of movement assessment, and 60 minutes of treatment. You will also be given aftercare advice including some exercises/stretching to follow up with at home.

The low back pain clinic will be particularly beneficial for those people who suffer with chronic low back pain or any of the following:
- Herniated or slipped disc
- Sacroiliac Joint (SIJ) dysfunction
- Facet Joint Irritation
- Piriformis Syndrome / Sciatica.... and many more.
