💞WOMB HEALING!!!💞

Ladies, I’m so sorry it’s taken me a while to sort out dates for my first Womb Healing session - I’ve had so many enquires and questions about when it will be but I’ve just been so busy with clients I haven’t been able to sort out dates and times until now - here they are!:

Friday 17th October 6.30pm-8.15pm
Or
Saturday 18th October and 10.30am-12.15pm
(approximate finish times)

The session will include a cup of heart opening Cacao to begin, a mini women’s circle, a womb healing focused meditation to help you release any stagnant or negative energy held within your womb space/sacral chakra, hands on Reiki healing/group Reiki healing, gentle womb focused breathwork plus aromatherapy and crystal therapy

This will be a small and intimate group of up to 4 ladies per session (location will be in Furzton Milton Keynes, address given upon booking)

We will use energy, breathwork, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and crystals to support release and renewal. As you soften into stillness, you’ll be invited to let go of old energies and awaken your creative, nurturing power. This circle is a beautiful opportunity to honour yourself, open the heart, and deepen your connection with your feminine energy

So excited to finally let you all know I am now offering Hot Stone Massage 💆🏼‍♀️🔥🪨

I’ve been keeping it a secret from you all ready to launch once the summer months were over, and although you can of course have Hot Stone Massage throughout the year, I wanted to announce it once the cooler temperatures were on the way and you could look forward to being all cosy and warm combining massage with heat therapy via the hot stones

My OG’s know how much I love Hot Stones, and that I’ve been saying for yearsssssss I would do the training at some point…and earlier this year I finally did! 😂

Oh my goodness…yesterday’s event was so special 💕 People’s energy in the room was just beautiful, I’m still buzzing this morning!

We started with an optional taster session of heart opening Cacao coupled with some positive affirmations, then a group meditation and Sound Bath, followed by herbal teas and crystal shopping - I had the best day spent with some lovely people, I hope everyone who joined us enjoyed it as much as I did!

Thank you to everyone who came along - it was such a pleasure to have you all there and to hold space for you 💞
And to those who experienced their first Sound Bath yesterday, thank you for allowing and trusting me to introduce you to Sound Therapy 💕

I always use aromatherapy before and after my Sound Baths to help you to relax and find some calm before we begin, and to then help you awaken and re-energise when we have finished - I have selected the blends I’ll be using at my event tomorrow - can anyone guess what beautiful essential oils I have chosen for us? 🤔🌸🌼🪴🍁

Raw crystals v’s tumblestones 💎✨

Does it make a different to the healing properties of crystals if they are in raw form or if they have been polished into tumblestones or made into shapes? Nope!

The natural vibration will still be the same,so whether your crystal is shaped into a palm stone, a tower, tumbled or left as it’s natural form, it will still have the same gentle benefits and natural energy. As you can see from this picture, the raw crystal next to the corresponding polished tumblestone show both versions are equally beautiful 😍

I have will a little mix of over 30 different types of raw, tumbled, towers and free form crystals available to purchase after my next Sound Bath event on Saturday 20th September ☺️
