Thank you so much to my lovely participants for joining and sharing the evening - like I said, if I could have bottled the feeling in the room afterwards, I would have!! Just beautiful…so magical and special ✨

I’ve been an Aromatherapist for over 23 years and I LOVE essential oils - they are so beneficial!

Aromatherapy sessions combine the therapeutic power of essential oils with massage to support your over all well-being. It’s a holistic therapy that uses natural essential oils extracted from plants, flowers, trees, fruits and more to support health and well-being. When combined with massage, these oils are absorbed through the skin and inhaled, helping to ease tension, calm the mind, and restore balance

The oils used in your treatment are carefully chosen to suit your needs and tailored to you on the day - whether you’re feeling stressed, run-down, in need of a mood lift, or simply want to switch off and unwind

This treatment isn’t just about relaxation (although it’s perfect for that too!) It can help ease muscular tension, improve sleep, boost circulation, lift the mood, and promote a deeper sense of calm and balance 💆🏼‍♀️

USUI REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAINING

My next Reiki Level 1 training day is Saturday 4th October 2025

Learning Reiki allows you to channel Reiki energy for self-healing and to support and help improve your general well-being on all levels. By rebalancing your natural energy flow using Reiki regularly,it can;
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Improve sleep
• Help rebalance on all levels
• Can help with general aches and pain
• Boost energy levels
• Improve the immune system
• Enhance personal growth and inner peace
- And lots more!

You will also receive a beautiful attunement to Reiki energy, learn how to perform a Reiki treatment on friends and family, receive a Reiki treatment in the practical session, have a detailed course manual to take home with you and you will have ongoing support and mentorship from myself

The course will take place in Milton Keynes from 9.30am to approximately 5.30pm and costs £135.00 pp - spaces are limited as I like to keep the groups small and intimate for teaching

This beautiful session includes cacao, guided mediations, hands on Reiki and Anusha healing (energy healing, similar to Reiki) and a gong bath - plus touches of aromatherapy and crystal therapy ❤️

☕️ We will start with a cacao ceremony - a cup of ceremonial grade Peruvian cacao will be served to you to help relax and bring in loving feelings of peace and calm (cacao is thought to help to open and realign the heart chakra 💕) I will also share a cacao blessing with you with positive affirmations to help enhance positive mindset and intention
💎 Rose quartz will be placed around your yoga mats so you can enjoy the gentle vibrations from this beautiful, calming crystal
🌹 Aromatherapy essential oils of rose and geranium will be used to help you rebalance, lift your mood and enhance feelings of tranquility and calmness
🧘🏼‍♀️ This will then be followed by a heart centre lead guided meditation to help you relax on an even deeper level so you can have some peace and serenity and allow your mind to switch off and have some self care time
💆🏼‍♀️ I will then channel you all some beautiful hands on Reiki and Anusha healing energy to help you relax further and help align and rebalance your chakras and energetic fields
🔔 Some sound therapy will follow your hands on healing from my beautiful Tibetan gongs - gongs have gorgeous deep vibrations and frequencies that deeply resonate to help rebalance and bring harmony to our body, mind and soul whilst relaxing us on every level
🌿 We will then finish with some more aromatherapy to help ground you after your session and another guided meditation to finish with to help guide you back from your rest 💕

If you would like to join us for this Cacao and Connection session, please text/call me, email or inbox me through my page to book and secure your space(s) - there will be a maximum of 8 people per session

*Gong baths and Cacao aren’t suitable for everyone - people with epilepsy, pace makers, those who have had operations within the last 3 months, serious mental health conditions (schizophrenia, psychosis etc) first 3 months of pregnancy, serious heart conditions, circulatory problems, very low or very high blood pressure, and people with severe ear/hearing sensitivities or conditions such as tinnitus are contraindicated. Cacao may not be suitable for diabetics
** For those with metal implants, please be aware certain sound waves may vibrate metallic compounds differently
*** You will need to be able physically to lay down on the floor on yoga mats for this session

It was a joy to hold space for this beautiful group – such gorgeous energy in the room!
I really hope they left feeling as peaceful and uplifted as I did 💕

(As I finished packing up, I suddenly spotted a little white feather in the middle of the room again! Always feathers around after my events 💖😇)
