Can’t believe 3 years have now passed since I was the guest Reiki therapist for Tamzin Outhwaite’s first We Free Women event. Time flys when you’re having fun!! 💆🏼‍♀️

It was such a privilege to be chosen to give some amazing women some Reiki healing and help them unwind and relax and have some time for themselves 💕

This is not an April Fool’s!!! 🃏😂
In May, I have been a qualified Holistic Therapist for a quarter of a century 😱🙌🏻

Next month marks 25 years of me becoming a certified and accredited therapist and working within the Holistic industry 🥳💕 (and I cannot believe it, time just gallops!)

I’ve worked in spa’s, salons, been home based and visited clients as a mobile therapist, joined retreat days as a guest Reiki therapist and hosted Sound Bath’s at others, trained students of my own as a Reiki Master Teacher, and hosted by own events and wellness day - I love my job and it’s been such a joy to have worked and gathered so much experience and knowledge within an industry I am so passionate about 💕

To celebrate this milestone, I will be offering 3 different holistic treatments for the duration of May at a VERY special price - keep an eye on my page next week for details on which ones I have chosen for you all 👀

A week on, and I’m still smiling and full of gratitude from last Saturdays ‘Awaken and Align’ Wellness Day 💓

It was such a relaxing, gentle day from start to finish - space to slow down, switch off, and just be 🩷 It was so lovely to see everyone take that time for themselves and enjoy their self care time 💞

There was such a relaxed, easy, peaceful energy throughout the day, and it meant so much to hear what everyone took away from it and to receive such heartfelt, lovely feedback — I loved every minute of hosting it!! 💖

I can’t wait to host this event again next year, but I’m also exploring a few more ways to create days like this before then 💗

Ladies…just to let you know, I have no Saturday appointments left until May 9th - I also only have very limited availability Monday to Friday until after the 3rd week of April

So if you were thinking of booking yourself in for some well deserved self care in March or April, please let me know as soon as possible before my last appointments get taken (as always, provisional appointments are only held for 24 hours due to demand so please do try and get back to me as soon as you can to secure your spot!)

I will always try and fit you in whenever I can, but I haven’t quite mastered the art of being in 2 places at once yet! 😂

Oh my goodness…what an AMAZING day yesterday’s ‘Awaken and Align’ wellness day was…my heart if so full 💕

And what an incredible group of women! From the moment everyone arrived and we began our welcome meditation and intention setting, the whole day just flowed so beautifully. It honestly felt like time disappeared - one minute we were opening the space, the next we were closing it, completely nourished, grounded, and glowing 💖

We then shared a cacao ceremony, followed by some gentle hands-on Anusha healing…what a beautiful session 💞
Then we created our own personalised Aromatherapy aura sprays - each one completely unique and intuitively chosen (they all smelt amazing! Everyone chose such amazing combinations, they were just gorgeous!! 🌸🌱)
Before breaking for lunch, we went deeper again with a womb healing session and some hands-on Reiki 🥰
After lunch we opened our hearts and grounded ourselves with a women’s circle, and then finished the day with a deeply relaxing group Reiki session and a sound bath… pure bliss 💜 (although I don’t think any of us wanted the day to end!! It was so lovely to just all pause from the stresses of life and the chaos of the outside world and just allow ourselves space and time to relax 😍)

The feedback I’ve received already has been so lovely and I’m just beyond grateful to every woman who showed up, shared, and made the space what it was 🩷 I can’t wait to plan another Wellness Day, it was an absolute joy to host! 🩷

And to my beautiful ladies from yesterday…thank you 🥰 Thank you for allowing me to hold space for you. Thank you for trusting me with your first Wellness Day experience. Thank you for your openness and your beautiful energy you brought to the group. And thank you for fulfilling a little dream of mine to be able to facilitate a day like yesterday for some amazing women…I can’t put into words what that meant for me 🥹 You are all amazing, powerful, brilliant women - it was such a privilege to be able to provide some very well deserved self care for you all. Yesterday will hold such a special place in my heart ❣️

Happy spring equinox ☺️💕🌱🌸☀️

This is a gentle turning point of the season where light and darkness stand in perfect balance, allowing space for both rest and growth, reflection and renewal 💞
As the days begin to stretch longer and the light lingers a little more, we’re invited to emerge alongside the season - to plant new intentions, soften old patterns, and invite in growth and abundance in all its forms

Just as nature finds its rhythm again, so can we - grounded, open, and ready for what’s next, moving into this season of rebirth with renewed energy and vigour 🙌🏻🩷💪🏻
