We treat people every day who struggle with hip pain from sitting down at a desk and back, neck and shoulder problems from looking at a screen. If it's been a while since you last saw us and you've noticed some new or recurring aches, it might be time to book an appointment.

One of our expert therapists, Caroline, says the best thing you can do when working in an office or at home is to change positions frequently and make sure you're looking straight ahead to your screen.
