Feeling Lucky 🍀

Every day, I’m reminded just how special my space is — not just because of the energy inside, but also because of the beautiful souls around it.

Right next door to my holistic studio lives the most peaceful, gentle horses 🐴, and I feel so lucky to share this space with such calming company. There’s something magical about working with energy and healing while nature and animals are right there with you — grounding, present, and so in tune.

Clients often comment on how serene it feels here, and I truly believe the land, the animals, and the environment all play a part in that.

Grateful for the simple things that make this healing journey even more special 💫

✨ Birthday Reflections ✨

This weekend I celebrated a big milestone — my 40th birthday! 🎉 I took a little time away to reset, reflect, and just enjoy the moment with people I love… and honestly, it was exactly what my soul needed.

We spent some time at west wittering beach, which I have to say is the nicest beach we have seen in England. I finally had a massage and sound healing (it’s been a while since I was on the receiving end of a treatment.)
We stood on the glass floor at the spinnaker tower 🥴and spent the evenings chilling in the hot tub. A beautiful weekend spent with my favourite person 🩷

Stepping into this new decade, I’m feeling more grounded, more grateful, and more committed than ever to the journey of self-care, healing, and growth — not just for myself, but for all of you I have the honour of supporting.

Whether it’s a quiet moment with a cup of tea or a whole weekend away, your wellbeing deserves space.
