We’ve normalised burnout so much that exhaustion now feels “normal.”
And that’s scary.
So many people are walking around believing they’re lazy, unmotivated or failing…
when actually their nervous system is completely overloaded.
I know that feeling.
The constant tiredness.
The brain fog.
Feeling emotionally drained but still forcing yourself to keep going because life doesn’t stop.
And the worst part?
Most people just tell you to “push through.”
But your body isn’t trying to punish you.
It’s trying to protect you.
Sometimes the anxiety, exhaustion, lack of motivation or overwhelm isn’t because you’re weak…
it’s because your body has been in survival mode for too long.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping people properly reset.
Not with surface-level wellness trends.
But by helping them feel safe, calm, regulated and like themselves again.
Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about coming back to yourself.
