It's been a minute, right?! After going on maternity leave earlier this year, I can't believe the time has finally come to return to teaching! I'm SO excited to see you all again. Whether that is online, or in real life, I'm hoping that there will be classes for everyone.
There will be a few changes, and I'm still working on some of the logistics, but overall there will be MORE in-person classes, CHANGES to the previous online schedule (I love teaching you all online and this will definitely be continuing), NEW monthly classes, TIME to give yourself to slow down and recharge.
From JANUARY - in person classes in Buckingham and Wolverton, plus my regular studio classes at Yogomotiv.
From FEBRUARY - continuing with the new IN PERSON classes, PLUS the return of online classes.
From MARCH - options to subscribe to YOGA. Affordable plans, that will give you what you need to find that time and space to come back to yourself. I haven't formalised all the options yet but there will likely be 2 plans to choose from, depending on your needs.

9.45am - 10.45am Meditation Teacher & Sound Practitioner] in Buckingham
This will be a bit of a style mix - predominantly Hatha based, but incorporating elements of flow and Yin, while also working with breath.

✨THURSDAYS
9.15am - 10.15am at The Nest in Wolverton
A Hatha class suitable for all levels of experience, complete beginners are welcomed and encourgaed to join.
*If you have a non-crawling baby, you are welcome to bring your small person to class with you, because I know how hard it can be to find time for yourself in the early days of maternity leave.*
