Restorative Yoga with Nina 🧡

Some evenings you don’t need more input.
You just need a place to soften for a while ✨

This class begins gently, with simple movement and mindfulness to help you arrive and unwind from the day.

From there, we settle into fully supported restorative poses using bolsters, blankets and props, giving the body and nervous system space to truly rest.

A gentle pathway into rest - especially if slowing down doesn’t come easily. Ideal if you’re feeling tired, wired, or in need of a midweek reset.

Sunday 10th May 6:30pm–8:30pm

Senior yoga teacher and somatic movement educator Deborah Berryman joins us this Sunday for an evening of gentle movement, nervous system support, and deep rest.

With over 20 years of teaching experience and 15 years leading teacher trainings, Deborah’s work is known for its depth, warmth, and nervous-system-aware approach to movement and healing.

This gentle workshop is an invitation to slow down, soften, and explore somatic movement - a practice of deep body listening that can help calm the nervous system, release tension, and bring you back to yourself.

Expect gentle floor-based movement, guided reflection, rest, and space to simply be.

Whether you’re a yoga teacher, movement practitioner, or simply feeling the need to reset, you are warmly welcome.

A steady, grounding Hatha practice followed by a deep, guided rest with Yoga Nidra.

With a playful and gently transformative approach, Raye’s intention is simple - that you leave feeling more joyful, more open and more spacious than when you arrived. A chance to create space in both body and mind, so life can be experienced more fully off the mat.
